Returns Policy

 

Loaves and Fishes wants you to love your purchase!  If the item isn't the perfect fit or you are not happy with your selection, please contact the store to arrange an exchange or receive a store credit.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision, or incorrect size.

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty please contact the store within 2 days of receiving your order.

 

How To Return or exchange an Item

Email info@loavesrobes.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and what item you would like to return or exchange.

Once you receive a reply with instructions for the return from Loaves and Fishes send your item using a trackable service and email us the tracking number so we can both track the returning item’s progress. 

We recommend a trackable service, such as an Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchel.

All items must be returned within 14 days, in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. All items must not have been worn or washed and must be undamaged and free from makeup, deodorant, or any other marks.

You are responsible for the postage cost of returns and exchanges.  Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or store credit on lost parcels. 

For an exchange or store credit please allow up to 2 business days once the item is received.

Please note there are no Returns on sale items, swimwear or jewellery, all these sales are final.

 

Faulty/Damaged Item

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please send a photo/s of your item along with your order number to info@loavesrobe.com.au and we will contact you within 2 business days.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law if the item we have sent has a minor fault we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.You will be refunded via your original payment method, where this is not possible we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Loaves and Fishes reserves the right to deny refunds and store credits if the items returned do not meet these requirements
